How do downloads work?
The moment your payment clears you get an email with your download links, and the same links stay in your order confirmation. Nothing ships, nothing expires on a timer, and you can pull the files down again if a device dies. Every purchase is yours to keep.
What audio formats do I get?
Every download includes high-quality MP3. Wherever a lossless master exists, a WAV version is included alongside it at no extra cost — that covers all of Slow Blues, all of Heartbreak, four of the six singles, and the Remixes & Extended Cuts. A handful of older recordings survive only as high-quality MP3, so those ship as MP3 and we say so rather than pretending otherwise.
What can I do with the music I buy?
Listen to it, anywhere, on anything you own, for as long as you like. What a purchase does not include is the right to redistribute the files, put them up for others to download, or sync them to video, film, advertising or any commercial production. If you want to license a song for something like that, write to hello@niamonroeblues.com and ask — it is usually a short conversation.
Is Nia Monroe a real person?
No, and we do not hide it. Nia is an AI artist: her voice, her face and her performances are generated. The songs are not — every lyric and composition is written and produced by Joshua Booth. There is a fuller explanation on the About page.
Do you sell signed prints, CDs or photos?
No. Nothing in this store is signed or autographed, and nothing ever will be. She cannot sign anything, and selling something that claimed otherwise would be a fabrication.
How long does a CD take to arrive?
Discs are produced to order and ship within 3–5 business days, then travel by post. If a disc arrives damaged or will not play, tell us and we will replace it — please do not post the disc back, as returned discs are discarded rather than restocked and posting it only costs you money.
What is your refund policy?
Thirty days on physical goods. Digital purchases are final once the files have been downloaded, which is simply how a download works — but if something is wrong with a file, or you were charged twice, write to us and we will sort it out. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
