Artwork, photography, lyrics and design on this store are protected and may not be reproduced or resold. Buying a print or a shirt does not transfer any rights in the artwork itself.

The songs, recordings, artwork and merchandise are original works owned by us. We do not claim Nia is a living performer, and nothing sold here is autographed or signed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Products may be withdrawn at any time.

ACCOUNTS AND ORDERS

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and email you give us. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
