Shipping policy

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Nothing ships. Your download link is emailed to you the moment payment clears, usually within a minute or two. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then email hello@niamonroeblues.com and we'll resend it.

CDS

CDs are manufactured on demand, which means no warehouse and no minimum runs, but it does add a little time. Expect production and dispatch within 3 to 5 business days, then standard post on top. Most US orders arrive inside two weeks.

PRINTS, SHIRTS, MUGS AND CALENDARS

These are printed to order too. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping time on top depending on where you are.

MIXED ORDERS

If you order a download alongside something physical, the download arrives immediately. You do not wait for the parcel.

Items in the same order may arrive separately, in more than one package, because discs and printed goods are made in different places. You are only charged shipping once.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number where the carrier provides one.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want something, email us before ordering and we'll tell you what is possible and what it would cost.

ADDRESSES

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we'll happily reship it once you send a corrected address, though a second postage charge may apply.
